Perfect when you’re craving something hearty from the oven! Ingredients: • 1500 g pork • 1000 g onions • 3 potatoes • Salt • Black pepper • Olive oil • Soy sauce • Honey Preparation: 1. Season the pork belly with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. 2. Slice the onions and place them in a baking dish. 3. Place the pork belly on top and cover with foil. 4. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 45 minutes. 5. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until a golden, crispy crust forms.
