Shomen'uchi yonkyo omote waza - 正面打ち四教表技 - Aikido Virtual Dojo

In this video we present the technique shomen'uchi yonkyo omote waza. We explain the principal movements and show potential mistakes in a funny way at the end. And as a bonus we explain how to get on your uke's nerves... Yonkyo means the fourth movement, it refers to the fourth way of controlling and immobilizing the attacker through a specific pin on the ground. Yonkyo includes elements of previous techniques: we begin with an opening similar to the one found in ikkyo, then we lock the uke in the same way as in sankyo, finally changing the grab to move on to yonkyo. You can find these elements explained in more detail in the following videos:    • Shomen'uchi ikkyo omote waza - 正面打ち一教表技 - ...      • Shomen'uchi sankyo omote waza - 正面打ち三教表技 -...   Durward Burrell - 5th Dan Aikikai Marcin Hernik - 3rd Dan Aikikai ___________________________ Royalty Free Music from www.bensound.com
