This week we collected calves from the villages; they are excellent breeds for those who want to raise cattle, and we shouldn't miss out on these meat calves. Our butcher's sausages turned out great. We make two types of sausages: spicy and non-spicy. We are improving our sausage production every day. We visited the Çaydeğirmeni vegetable and fruit market. I also visited the shoe seller and the hardware and paint supply shops of my neighbors. I left two calves at the slaughterhouse. I prepared the meat on our counter in our butcher shop. I bought a dough kneading machine for making meatballs. It was a very busy week; the knife sharpener came and sharpened all our butcher knives.
