Reality V Expectation Of a Much Feared, £6,000,000 Crossing

I was very nervous about doing this crossing across two tidal rivers and then through sharp bends in ever decreasing water because we have a 60ft narrowboat which is built for the inland waterways which are flat and straight mostly. I prepared for it thoroughly and had expectations as to what I thought it would be like but things happened that I didn't expect and I was wrong in my assumptions as to how I would fare on sections of it. This vlog is an exciting adventure on one of the most expensive Canal and River Trust stretches of water. It is an honest summary of the crossing which I hope many more boaters will use and experience for themselves too. The wildlife along the tidal banks was beautiful and Savick Brook is one of the most stunning settings that I have ever piloted a boat through too! I hope you enjoy it?
