Регулировка клапанов Vespa GTS 250 | Полный мануал
A detailed garage manual on valve adjustment for the Vespa GTS 250. In this video, I show the full process: from preparing the scooter to adjusting the valve clearances and reassembling everything. To reach the valve cover properly, you need to lift the body, free the rear brake hose, remove the side floor panels, drain the coolant, disconnect the fuel system, injector, sensors, starter, lambda sensor, and raise the scooter body relative to the engine. After that, you get proper access to the engine and valve cover. Then we align the timing marks, check the camshaft position, use feeler gauges and adjust the valve clearances according to the manual: intake 0.10 mm, exhaust 0.15 mm. After adjustment, we tighten the rocker nuts to the required torque, check the clearances again, install the valve cover and spark plug, assemble everything back, bleed the brakes and remove air from the cooling system. The general method is similar for different Vespa GTS models, but details may vary depending on the version: GTS 125, GTS 150, GTS 250, GTS 300, injection, carburetor, air-cooled or liquid-cooled engines. This is not a quick “5-minute” video, but a detailed technical walkthrough for those who want to understand the real amount of work involved.
