WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK - To Maintain My Weight Loss
Hi everyone, I have had a lot of requests regarding documenting what I eat every day. You can read from the title that this is what I eat to maintain my weight loss. NOT what I eat to lose weight. I want to specify because I know that my caloric intake will shock some. We are all different. We have different metabolism, different genetic makeup, different needs, different lifestyles. I want to be very clear that I am not promoting any nutritional plan, I am not qualified to do so. All I am doing is documenting what I eat and sharing with you why I eat this way. That's it. I am also eating this way with a green light from my physician. This is solely based on what I need to do in order to not gain weight, so I will keep it on the I and thankfully all we understand that I am not providing any kind of medical advice in this video.
