After she got rear-ended while sitting in traffic, the plaintiff claims the defendant begged her not to go through the insurance company to cover the damages, but she stuck the plaintiff with the repair bill. She’s suing for the costs. The defendant says she barely tapped the rear bumper and the plaintiff went nuts. She says the police came, but they didn’t file a report because there was no damage.
