Day 21 - I Spent 30 Days Transforming My Garden

It's Day 21 of my 30-Day Garden Transformation Challenge! 🌿 For the next 30 days, I'm challenging myself to spend time in my garden every single day with one simple goal: leave it a little more beautiful than it was the day before. Instead of focusing on one big makeover, I'm embracing the idea that beautiful gardens are created through small, consistent acts of care. Every day I'll complete my daily garden routine, tackle one focused project, and share the journey with you. If I'm being honest, today was a hard day. I didn't sleep well the night before, I got outside much later than I had planned, and I just wasn't in the mood to garden. We've all had days like that, where even something you love feels like a chore. Instead of being frustrated with myself, I tried something different. I reminded myself why I started this challenge in the first place. The goal has never been to accomplish huge projects every single day. It's simply been to show up. Sarah Raven's phrase, "little and often," has become my mantra this month, and today was a good reminder that even a little bit counts. So I gave myself some grace. I lowered my expectations, headed out to the garden, and just started. It wasn't my most productive day, and it certainly wasn't the easiest, but I got outside, cared for my garden, and left it just a little bit better than it was yesterday. I'm realizing that this challenge isn't just transforming my garden—it's changing the way I think about progress. Success isn't about having the perfect day. Sometimes success is simply showing up, doing what you can, and giving yourself permission for that to be enough. I'd love for you to join me!
