G100 Charade Brake Upgrade | Toyota Vios Front Rotor Caliper Conversion

The Honda-swapped Daihatsu Charade project gets one of its biggest upgrades yet. In this episode, we replace the factory 235mm solid front brakes with a 255mm vented brake setup from the Toyota Vios "Batman" / Yaris / Belta 1.3 (XP90 chassis), using custom-made caliper brackets to retain the original G100 steering knuckles. But every project car has its surprises. During the build, we also repaired one of the custom drive axles and discovered how it had originally been fabricated.
