I started the week waking up at 5:00 a.m. for an intense functional training and running class at Studio Race Bootcamp, an energizing experience that helped me stay focused on a healthy lifestyle. I also tried Hot Yoga, a class held in a sauna that promises relaxation and calorie burning at the same time! I show you how I fit in a balanced diet, sharing tips for a healthy breakfast, a healthy lunch at home, and even a sweet recipe to help you lose weight without breaking your diet. I also share a simple habit that has saved my diet: going to the grocery store twice a week to always have fresh fruit.
