Another week, another walk in the Lokomat 👣

19th February 2024 - Another week, another walk in the Lokomat 👣 It’s been really good incorporating the Lokomat into my weekly physio sessions. I’ve been consistently able to walk around 2km in each session which is soo good for my body. There are soo many benefits of walking for anybody including better circulation, improved mood, strengthening muscles, increased bone density, increased stamina, the list goes on. I’m also able to withstand increased speeds so I can now comfortably walk around 1.8-2km per hour. 👣
