Today's video is 'Corn Scones'. 😊 The sweet and chewy corn blends incredibly well with the fluffy and plain scones. It's delicious with strawberry jam, and it's also really tasty sprinkled with cheese powder. :) If you like scones, be sure to try making them with this recipe. Your mouth will be filled with joy!🍀 ____________________________________________ 🍀Ingredients🍀 Yields approximately 6 160g Cake Flour 30g Corn Flour 6g Baking Powder 40g Sugar 2g Salt 40g Butter 80g Heavy Cream 60g Sweet Corn 🍀Preparation🍀 Prepare the butter cold. Drain the sweet corn. 🍀Instructions🍀 1. Add sugar and salt to the sifted dry ingredients (cake flour, corn flour, baking powder) and mix. 2. Add the diced cold butter and chop it finely with a scraper to mix evenly with the flour. 3. If there are any clumps, rub them with your hands to break them up. 4. Add the fresh cream and mix with a scraper. 5. Once the dough is roughly mixed, add the corn and mix lightly. 6. Finish mixing when no dry flour is visible and the dough is crumbly. 7. Gather the dough into a ball and shape it as desired. 8. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. 9. Take the rested dough out and divide it into 6 equal parts. 10. Place an appropriate amount of corn on top and brush the top of the dough with milk. 11. Bake at 175–180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Add fresh cream and knead with a scraper. 5. Roughly when kneading progresses, add corn and mix lightly. 6. Finish kneading when raw flour is not visible and it becomes crumbly. 7. Knead the dough into a ball and form the desired shape. 8. Let rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. 9. Take out the rested dough and divide it into 6 equal parts. 10. Put the corn on top and apply milk to the top of the dough. 11. Bake at 175-180 °C for 20 minutes.
