Come liberarsi dalle ferite del passato
Freeing ourselves from the wounds of the past means stopping feeding the stories we keep repeating within ourselves, because often it's precisely how we think about pain that keeps it alive. Within each of us exists a silent transformation, similar to the invisible work of nature in winter, preparing a new possibility for inner flourishing. Relief doesn't come from re-explaining wounds, but from turning our gaze to profound images, spontaneous qualities, and the most authentic part of our being. When we let go of imposed patterns to pursue what truly belongs to us, new energy and unexpected changes can emerge. The joy of living doesn't require the absence of pain, but the awareness of being in constant transformation and of being able to be reborn, at any moment, into our own unique way of being. We will address this topic during the next live online meeting, Wednesday, March 25th at 6:30 PM.
