Join my Meal Plan/Recipe app: sohonutrition.theclubb.co Gua Sha Tutorial: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSxNt7oaa/ Cottage cheese cinnamon rolls: -300g of cottage cheese -2 tbsp of maple syrup -1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract -275g of plain flour -1 tsp of baking powder -Pinch of salt -1 tbsp of butter -40g of light brown sugar -3 tbsp of cinnamon -45g of icing sugar -15ml of milk Method: 1. Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth. Save two heaped tablespoons for the icing. 2. Add flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl. Mix in the blended wet mixture and form a dough (add more flour or a dash of milk if needed). 3. Roll out onto a floured surface (about 2cm thick). 4. Melt butter and mix with the sugar and cinnamon. Spread over the dough. 5. Roll over the longest wide side of the dough. Slice into 8 pieces with a sharp knife. Place onto a greased baking dish. 6. Bake in the oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Mix the remaining wet mixture with icing sugar and milk. 8.
