Cozy Holiday Drink || Plant-based Holiday Cooking

This holiday season May pass by pretty soon but the winter is here to stay for a while. Debbie’s Easy Cozy Holiday drink is a perfect recipe for the winter. What else do we need when we have a family to cozy up, friends to chat up and drinks to warm up? Let us keep our hearts happy and warm this winter. Ingredients: 2 cups Coffig (Coffee substitute) 1/2 cup Almond Creamer 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional) 1/2 teaspoon Cardamon Powder 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional) 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric 1 tablespoon Pero (Coffee substitute) 1/4 cup Coconut Milk or cream Pinch of salt Instructions: Blend everything for a couple of minutes. Pour into a cup, add 4-5 vegan marshmallows, and put in the oven to broil for a couple of seconds until golden brown. Decorate with melted carob or molasses. Enjoy the warmth of a cozy holiday drink.
