The statement and explanation of the head of the SSK "ROSTOK" Natalia FERTSMAN regarding the member of the cooperative board Iryna KOLOMIETS regarding the events that took place on March 14, 2026 in the cooperative board turned out to be an absolute lie, therefore, on June 4, 2026, the court closed the proceedings in the case of an administrative offense due to the absence of elements of an administrative offense in her actions. On Saturday, June 6, 2026, I tried to get an explanation from FERTSMAN N. V. and MAZALOVA N. V., on what grounds they gave frankly false testimony and what goal they pursued? It was not possible to communicate with Natalia FERTSMAN at all, and Natalia MAZALOVA's explanations did not bring anything new - she continued to lie. At the same time, no one provided the evidence itself in the form of a full video recording of the meeting from 03/14/2026 with obscene language addressed to Natalia FERTSMAN. PETROVA O. V. was not in the premises of the board of the IC “ROSTOK” on that day (watch the video). The main evidence in the case was the full audio recording of the events from 03/14/2026. It was this evidence that refuted the false testimonies of Natalia FERTSMAN, Natalia MAZALOVA and Oleg PETROV, in which they claimed that Iryna KOLOMIETS allegedly used obscene language and threatened physical violence. Probably, FERTSMAN Natalia Vasylivna, MAZALOVA Natalia Volodymyrivna and PETROV Oleg Volodymyrovych did not expect that the court would be provided with irrefutable evidence of the absence of an administrative offense. There is no other explanation for the false testimony. The lie has come out. Therefore, I remind everyone again that everything secret must become known, and LIGHT always conquers darkness.
