During her adolescence, she experienced extreme dieting, gaining a profound understanding of "the impact of diet on the body and life," which became the starting point for her career in nutrition. She graduated from Hattori Nutrition College (Dietitian Department), one of Japan's top nutrition schools, and obtained her national nutritionist qualification. In her 20s, she brought healthy eating concepts overseas, successfully launching her own dessert brand in Dubai, accumulating practical experience in cross-cultural markets and brand building.
