The Dalmore - How Great Casks Make a Great Whisky

The Twelve Pointed Stag of The Dalmore is known around the world as the harbinger of a great dram of whisky. We’ve travelled to the northeast coast of Scotland to Alness on the shores of the Cromarty Firth to find the place where it all begins - the distillation of the spirit of Dalmore, and the warehouses where it merges with selected casks. It’s a whisky of luxury and prestige, and there’s a lot to learn about The Dalmore. And so we’ve broken the episode into two parts.
