Neuropractice reduces nervous system overload, helps shift attention more easily, strengthens working memory, and supports a healthy stress response. This is especially important if you multitask, work a lot with information, notice symptoms of ADHD, or simply feel like your head is getting tired and clogged up faster than you'd like, and your nervous system is frayed. Regular neuropractice is a way to train your brain to move faster without pushing yourself too hard or causing your nervous system to fail. Today is Day 4 of our 30-day challenge.
