ALWAYS TRAIN: WEAKNESSES, HOW SHOULD YOU APPROACH THEM?

Quarterfinals workout 2 exposed a serious hole in my fitness, and today's video explains how I made a correction and got great results! I got a chance to re-test part of that workout in the age group online qualifier this past weekend. How do i know I did better? In the quarterfinals version of the GHD, rope climb, pistol workout I finished the set of 40-4-40 in around 19:00 min. Fast forward to the Age Group Online Qualifier and a month of attacking the weakest point of this workout for me, the ghd situp, and I was able to finish the round of 40 in 16:48! Over 2 minutes faster!
