Run along the promenade and then turn inland for a short loop and head back onto the promenade heading back to the start. Run past the start and then the finish and then a shorter out section along the promenade. Turn around and head back to the finish by the Nova Centre. Course Notes: The Promenade is compeltley flat. The small loop at the end of the promenade has some undulation. The Promenade is flat and all concrete. The loop has a mixture of grass, stone, tarmac paths.
