PEER REVIEW AND RESEARCH INTEGRITY WEBINAR

Peer review forms the foundation of scholarly publishing, playing a vital role in maintaining research quality, credibility, and integrity. Yet, many early- and mid-career researchers have limited experience with ethical peer review practices, emerging challenges in research integrity, and ways to engage effectively in review processes. To address these gaps, On 15th December 2025, the Training Centre in Communication (TCC Africa), in partnership with ‪@scifiniti‬ Publishing, successfully convened a virtual webinar titled “Peer Review & Research Integrity”. This targeted webinar focused on building researchers’ skills in ethical peer review and responsible publishing. The session offered a mix of practical guidance, insights on research integrity, and firsthand experiences from seasoned reviewers and editors.
