Is this the Best BBQ in North Carolina?
Recently while we were out on our BBQ tour, we stopped by Skylight Inn BBQ in Ayden, North Carolina. This place may be out of the way for most folks, but it's worth the trip. This restaurant was started by Pete Jones in 1947, but the Jone's family can trace their BBQ roots back to the 1830's! While technology has exploded since then, not much has changed with how the Jones' do BBQ, and let me tell you, that's to our benefit. They've got some good people over there at Skylight Inn and they have some excellent BBQ. #bbq #food #northcarolina #northcarolinabbq
