The investigation into this case was led by the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Tangerang Police, AKP Wira Graha Setiawan, S.Tr.K., S.I.K., CBA., along with the Head of the General Crimes Unit, IPDA Deni Ratriyanto, S.H. The theft occurred on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in the parking area of ​​the GKAI Ciputat Pondok Indah Church in Rempoa, East Ciputat. The victim lost a Honda Beat motorcycle that was parked there while he was out and about. Based on the investigation and information obtained by the team, the suspect was located in Hamberang Village, Cipanas District, Lebak Regency. The Operational Team from the General Crimes Unit of the South Tangerang Police Criminal Investigation Unit then quickly moved to the location and successfully apprehended the suspect along with several pieces of evidence. The suspect is currently being held at the South Tangerang Police Department for further investigation. For his actions, the suspect is suspected of violating Article 477 of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code of the Republic of Indonesia.
