A week in the life of a Tokyo office worker and book lover, chasing a literary newcomer's prize. I read in order to write, and I turn the things I think about while reading into videos. In the mornings I'm continuing to work on my novel while reading Toshiyuki Horie's Teikeigai Yūbin (Non-Standard Mail) and Yukio Mishima's The Temple of the Golden Pavilion. At night I write in my diary, and in bed I'm reading Kikan Nikki (Quarterly Diary). At the end of the video, I look back on my writing in May.
