Hello everyone! I'm finally here with my Switch On diet review! I've never made a review video like this before, so I was worried it might be too long and uninspiring... Even while editing, I was wondering if it was the right thing to do... But I still wanted to share as much detail as possible with you, so I compiled it into this video! Except for Day 11, this video covers almost every day, so it might be a bit boring, but I hope it's helpful to those of you trying Switch On! A. I only had one protein shake, the "Eat the Fit" Double Chocolate! When I checked the ingredients, it said moderate carbs, low sugar, and over 20% protein, so it passed! 🙋🏻♀️ Can you recommend a protein shake I can buy at the convenience store? A. I highly recommend Binggrae's "The Protein" Chocolate and Strawberry flavors, both in terms of ingredients and flavor... so chewy and delicious! 🙋🏻♀️ What did you have for lunch? A. When I had regular lunch, I ate a lot of "Cucumber Kim Bibimbap"! I modified the basic ingredients a little bit and ate a lot. I also had a lot of poke, but I checked the ingredients and asked them to leave them out if they weren't on the permitted list! 🙋🏻♀️ What did you eat when you had a regular meal (no carbs) for dinner? A. For dinner, I wanted to eat something delicious without carbs, so I ate a lot of Goobne Original Boneless! (Absolutely boneless..) and ate a lot of Keto Gimbap! And towards the end, I often had Shabu Shabu! (It was so empty...💸💸)
