I Ate At A 3 Michelin Star Farm! 24 Hours In Cartmel

Come with me to visit the lakes for my birthday! I ate at a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Cartmel and spent 24 hours in the world of Simon Rogan. This was such a special one. We headed to Cartmel to shoot with Simon Rogan himself for the year of the cabbage, checked into the most beautiful room, explored the village and then went for dinner at L’Enclume, which has 3 Michelin stars. The next morning we had breakfast at Rogan & Co, before heading to Our Farm for the full farm experience. Seeing where so much of the produce is grown really brings the whole thing to life, and it was amazing to understand how connected the food is to the land.
