Art journal using Napkins & Texture paste

This art journal page is created with layers of Distress oxide sprays and collaging with napkin tissues. I glued down some pieces of a music sheet to start the background and at some point during my art journaling I saw a couple sentences that I decided to kept visible to use as my sentiment for the page. The process of layering the distress oxide sprays is really relaxing. By applying white gesso to the edges of the glued down napkins and then using the same colors found in the napkin, it makes almost a seamless transition to the page. The texture pastes also helps with this "connecting" the napkin and the page with no hard edges. Hope you enjoy!
