Peel the tomatoes and cut them into 5mm cubes. 2. Salt the okra and blanch in boiling water for about 30 seconds. 3. Transfer to cold water, drain, and finely chop. ③ Rub the cucumber with salt, rinse quickly, and cut into 5mm cubes. ④ Cut the myoga ginger into 5mm cubes. ⑤ Boil the corn in boiling water for about 1 minute. Drain in a colander and peel the kernels with a knife. ⑥ Finely chop the pickled radish. ⑦ Place ① to ⑥ in a bowl, mix with A, and chill in the refrigerator. ⑧ Cut the pork in half if long.
