Standing Pilates Strength Workout with Stretchy Band | 20 minutes

(http://www.mvmtwithcailin.com/shop) In this standing Pilates routine, we'll get a full body workout using a stretchy/resistance band! This will provide additional resistance for increased strength. The band will be used mainly for upper body work, but we'll be moving the lower body in connection with the upper body. So this is a full body routine, great for sculpting, toning, and also balance work. Inherently, we'll be using our core to stabilize our center as we move both the arms and legs and to keep proper form and alignment. We'll also sprinkle in some flexibility work and stretches utilizing the band. This is an all-around quick, effective routine when you're short on time!
