Turning Communities into Magic! How Collective Focus Drives Change
What will your CEO think if you gather 70 people to work on a specific problem for a whole day? Over the past two years I have worked with a project team on furthering the usage of automation at my workplace. As part of this, we went from doing physical “automation cafés”, to hosting a weekly meetup and then ultimately arranging and hosting a whole day dedicated to automation. We have received a lot of positive response for this initiative titled ‘Magic Day’ and I will be explaining the specific steps we took that I think were crucial for taking this from a good idea to an event that is widely supported in the company.
