Ingredients: • 2 cups cooked Allsome Long Grain Parboiled White Rice • 2 cups milk • ½ cup condensed milk • 1 tsp vanilla essence • ½ tsp cinnamon • ¼ cup raisins • Fresh berries • Mint leaves Method: 1. Heat the milk and condensed milk. 2. Stir in the cooked rice. 3. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. 5. Spoon into serving cups. 6. Chill until cold. 7.
