Subscribe to the Channel:    / @meissavieira   My Instagram: instagram.com/meissa_vieira Lesson - Delicious Bread Rolls Recipe: 1 sachet of 12g granulated yeast for bread 2 tablespoons of flour 3 tablespoons of milk Make a mixture and set aside (15 min. before preparing the recipe) Dough: Yeast mixture 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine 3 eggs 1/2 can of condensed milk 1/2 dessert spoon of salt 250ml of milk 250ml of water 1 kg of all-purpose flour (use 100g more if needed) Preparation method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a wooden spoon. Gradually add the flour until the dough reaches the right consistency. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a greased and floured baking sheet, spacing them 1.5 cm apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Brush with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. This recipe yielded 80 rolls of approximately 20g to 25g each. The total cost of the recipe is approximately R$21.00. Each roll cost R$0.26. You can sell these delicious rolls for up to R$1.25 each, depending on your region. A highly profitable product that sells year-round!
