SURYAMALANG.COM - The death of Sutrimo, the man suspected of being the Head of Household (Karumga) at the official residence of former Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah, still remains a mystery. Sutrimo was found dead on Thursday (July 23, 2026) at the Mordent Aesthetic Clinic in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Sutrimo was found foaming at the mouth and wearing black clothing. His body was covered with a blue floral-patterned cloth. According to TribunnewsBogor, before being found dead, Sutrimo had called a relative at 5:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and again at 6:37 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB). In the conversation, he complained about his ill health. However, less than three hours later, his relatives received news that Sutrimo had died. Police have conducted a crime scene investigation at the Mordent Aesthetic Clinic. South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief, AKBP Iskandarsyah, said investigators have also secured CCTV footage from the area. "We've just examined the crime scene, and we're trying to gather information from the surrounding area, witnesses, and CCTV footage," he said. Meanwhile, the head of neighborhood association (RT) 11, Ima, said the clinic had not been operating for a long time. "I thought the house was empty," she said. The clinic is located not far from the official residence of former Jampidsus (Special Crimes Supervisor) Febrie Adriansyah on Jalan Radio I, Kramat Pela. The distance between the two locations is approximately 450 meters, or about a six-minute walk. Regarding information regarding Sutrimo's employment, the police have not provided further information. Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations Chief, Senior Commissioner Budi Hermanto, said the case is still under investigation. "It's still being investigated," Budi Hermanto said. He also expressed his condolences for Sutrimo's passing. "The Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) expresses its condolences on the passing of Sutrimo. May the deceased find a better place and may the family he leaves behind be given strength and fortitude," he said. The Jakarta Metropolitan Police, through the General Criminal Investigation Directorate, and the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, continue to investigate the sequence of events. Investigators are also gathering information from the family and medical personnel to determine the cause of Sutrimo's death. "The investigation is being conducted professionally, carefully, and in accordance with applicable regulations to obtain complete facts.
