A Season of Love || Thales Venghen - Round 1: Always Look Your Best ~ This is not as clean as I would like it to be, but my computer was starting to crash when making adjustments near the end. So, I'm taking that as a sign from God to just settle with the work I've done. This video is outrageously long. Here's the Link for the "A Season of Love" Playlist!    • A Season of Love RP   ~STORY POINTS~ Thales is surprised to have been picked for the special opportunity of pursuing one of the royal twins. But he pushes aside the surprise to seek out a young Lord that he noticed waving at him earlier. The young lord is Reihan Basil and Thales has a pleasant meeting with him and Princess Calypso Dawn Greene. (Rufus does not like Thales, but Thales is amused by the small dog.) They discuss how hot Xen is, where Thales admits he finds men attractive. (He's pan, but he makes a point to show that he is interested in mean.) To put it bluntly, Thales is somewhat taken with Reihan, but he pushes it to the back of his mind, for now. Thales is led into the palace grounds, where he gets acquainted with another princess, River. He asks her about the royal life and her interactions with commoners, happy to see she's had a positive experience with them. Thales takes in the castle with the others, before making it to the bedrooms. There, he notices Gabriele, and her hesitance of the tour. He decides to check in with her, gaining a proper introduction with her. They bond over the shared awe of the scale of the palace, before parting ways. After settling into his room, Thales decides to sit on the balcony and just watch the palace grounds at night. He spots a hooded figure, who disappears as soon as he spots them. He finds Lord Robin, his room neighbor, also out and also having seen the hooded figure. They talk about the Season of Love and their intentions of being there. The next morning, the ball is announced and Thales is less than pleased. Why? As the next scene displays, Thales doesn't know the first thing about dancing. Aeliana notices Thales struggling under Jemima's instructions and offers to help him learn. After some guidance, he begins to get the hang of the dance and Aeliana instructs him to meet the following days to ensure his success in the activity. They sit down to talk and share their thoughts on princes and their experiences with family, both good and bad. Before they part ways, Thales promises to save a dance for Aeliana at the ball. Cue Training Montage (Fumbling the dance in front of Reihan *insert blush I didn't get to add, here*. Spending time with his new friends River, Robin, and Aeliana. Finally taking in Princess Mayra and internally deciding that she's "not a bad view." More dance practice with Aeliana. Waking up to the sound of Robin playing music.) The last day of practice arrives and Thales notices Gabriele attending, again. He talks with her about Jemima's instructions and dancing in general. Gabriele has seen Thales dancing and assures him he'll be a lot of fun to have at the party. He hopes he'll see her having fun at the party, too. The day of the dance arrives. Thales gets cleaned up, opting to dress up, but not too flashy. He arrives at the dance, earning a few looks of disgust from nobles. But he doesn't pay them any mind as he searches the crowd for Aeliana. He spots her dancing with the prince, who she eagerly points out. She finishes up her dance, joining Thales for their promised dance. Thales leads Aeliana in a dance, before dancing the rest of the night away.
