Stem7 are an executive search and talent advisory firm working at the top end of investment banking and alternative investments. They had a brand with good instincts that had never been properly defined, with inconsistency creeping across their documents and a logo that wasn't yet refined or balanced. There was a real gap between the calibre of the firm and the calibre of its branding. This case study walks through how I closed that gap by building on their existing equity rather than starting over: settling the positioning first, refining the logo under the microscope, and delivering a system that keeps the brand consistent for years.
