In this short Pilates class, you'll tone your arms and shoulders with simple exercises of increasing intensity. The class is conducted using only your body weight. Therefore, you'll also engage your core, particularly strengthening your core muscles, which will help you maintain stability and control in exercises like planks, side planks, and push-ups. Take this class with you whenever you want, even when you're short on time. All you need is your mat and 15 minutes of your time. And please remember: if you feel any discomfort or pain, reduce the range of motion or take more frequent breaks. If the pain persists, stop the exercise. Always respect your sensations and... happy practicing! PS: This class is contraindicated if you've had axillary lymph node removal surgery because the weight on your arms could cause lymphedema and peripheral circulation problems in the arm on the operated side. . . .
