Japan’s Most Magical Ski Village | Nozawa Onsen Vlog

Join us for part 2 of our Japan adventure as we escape the city and head to the snowy mountain village of Nozawa Onsen! We spent three unforgettable nights soaking up the magic of this traditional Japanese ski town — skiing for two days, wandering through charming streets, and eating some incredible food along the way. We stayed at Schanze Nozawa, rented our ski gear from Nozawa Sports Thanx, and hit the slopes (with plenty of funny falls included). Off the mountain, we explored the village and ate our way through Nozawa, stopping at spots like Genki Burger, Juntos Mexican Restaurant & Bar, Tanuki Café, Aunt Mary’s Crepes, and Washino Yakiniku, where we grilled our own wagyu and other cuts of beef. One of our favorite meals was at Sobadokoro Daimon, which served some of the best soba we had in Japan. This vlog is all about cozy winter vibes, lofi music, memorable moments, and experiencing a slower, more traditional side of Japan with my wife.
