Paraguay Is Open to China Investment, Finance Minister Says

Paraguay Finance Minister Carlos Fernandez says the government would consider Chinese investment to develop its nascent green hydrogen industry. Paraguay, Taiwan’s last South American ally, has ample supplies of the key ingredients needed to produce green hydrogen.
