RECIPE PLEASE CHECK DESCRIPTION!!! ====================================== EQUIPMENT USED IN THIS VIDEO COOKING UTENSILS 👇👇👇 TURO POWER JUICER https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s.. ====================================== DIY UTENSILS 👇👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ======================================= COOKING SET 👇👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ===================================== LONTONG MIE SURABAYA Recipe by Rudy Choirudin Ingredients 1: (Pure) 8 cloves of garlic 8 shallots 1 tsp ground pepper 5 g (2 pieces) soaked shrimp 100 ml water Ingredients 2: 3 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 of the ground spices above 2 stalks of spring onions, cut into 1 cm pieces 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp soy sauce 200 g fresh, whole shrimp 1 liter of water 1 tbsp chicken stock 4 stalks of shallots / chives 250 g large, plump bean sprouts 2 tbsp fried onions 2 stalks of celery, cut into 1 cm pieces 1 tsp Sugar Ingredients 3: 2 tablespoons oil 1/4 of the ground spices mentioned above ½ teaspoon salt 150 ml water 300 g wet yellow noodles Ingredients 4: 2 tablespoons oil 1/4 of the ground spices mentioned above 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon shrimp paste 1 tablespoon sugar 250 ml water 1 tablespoon wheat flour dissolved in 3 tablespoons water Ingredients 5: 6 bird's eye chilies 1 tablespoon garlic chips 4 rice cakes 4 medium-sized fried tofu 2 tablespoons fried onions Method: 1. Grind ingredient 1 until very smooth. Divide into 3 portions, 1 portion for 1/2 the recipe and 2 portions for 1/4 each. 2. Sauté the ground spices for 1/2 the recipe until fragrant and yellowish. Add the spring onions and salt. Stir-fry until wilted. Add the soy sauce until boiling. Add the sautéed shrimp until fragrant and savory. Add Bring water to a boil, add all remaining ingredients. Cook bean sprouts until wilted. Turn off heat and set aside. 3. Sauté 1/4 of the ground spices until yellowish. Add salt and water. Let it simmer. Stir the noodles quickly so that all the noodles are absorbed by the spices. Remove from heat and set aside. 4. Sauté 1/4 of the ground spices until yellowish. Add salt, sweet soy sauce, shrimp paste, and sugar. Cook until the soy sauce bubbles. Add water. Let it boil and the shrimp paste dissolves. Thicken with liquid flour until thick enough. 5. Add 1 1/2 chilies and 1 teaspoon of garlic chips to a plate. Mash with the back of a spoon until smooth. 6. Add 2 tablespoons of homemade shrimp paste to the mortar and pestle. Stir until the shrimp paste is combined with the sauce. 7. Slice the rice cake on top, add the tofu, bean sprouts, and a little of the sauce, noodles, shrimp, and fried onions. 8.
