Lion’s Mane mushrooms have a tender, meaty texture that makes them perfect for vegan versions of chicken or crab dishes. Plus, they’re packed with potassium, iron, antioxidants, and are known to support brain and immune health. 🧂 Lion's Mane Tenders Recipe Ingredients: 1 large Lion’s Mane mushroom (or multiple small ones) 1 cup flour (any kind) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp nutritional yeast ¾ cup unsweetened oat milk (or any plant milk/veggie broth) Sunflower oil (or any neutral oil for frying) Seasoning (after frying): Salt Pepper Garlic powder Paprika Instructions 1.
