2002 -- Week 9: Madison Southern at Breathitt County

October 25, 2002 (JACKSON, Ky.) -- The final regular season home game for Breathitt County was a statement game for the Bobcats. They are for real. Breathitt County completely dismantling Madison Southern 53-0 at Holcomb Stadium. The Eagles had the state's leading rusher Malachi Maxwell who finished with under 60 yards for the game as the Bobcats proved they are much more than a team built around offense. Breathitt County would close out the regular season the following week with a 53-22 win on the road at Estill County.
