Mix the ingredients for the oil mass. Form a ball, wrap in plastic and reserve. 2. For the dough, mix all the dry ingredients. Add oil and water. Knead the dough for 3 minutes. Cover with a towel and leave for 3 minutes. Then knead the dough again for 3 minutes. Wrap in plastic and leave to act for 10 minutes. 3. Divide the dough and the butter dough into 3 equal parts. We form the bread as shown in the video. Fry the bread on both sides over low heat in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, turning every 1-2 minutes.
