When the bins are utilised by manufacturing the empty bins with KANBAN cards are taken to stores department. The stores department will check the KANBAN cards. And provide them further parts according to KANBAN Card. When the stores requires further parts to support manufacturing,the empty bins with KANBAN cards are sent to supplier. The supplier checks the KANBAN and starts his production and forwards the bins with required parts according to KANBAN card to the stores department of the customer.
