GNPapo com as vencedoras - Concurso Público Nacional Unificado - CPNU

GNpapo is an open space for conversation and exchange about new ways of thinking about innovation in government, organized by the Innovation Directorate of the National School of Public Administration (Enap). The GNpapo with the Winners of the 29th Innovation Competition is a series of events aimed at disseminating the winning initiatives in the 4 categories of the innovation competition so that they can be replicated in other public administration bodies. The Innovation Competition aims to reward teams of active public servants in the federal, state/district, and municipal executive branches. The competition categories included: Innovation in organizational processes in the federal, state, and Federal District executive branches; Innovation in services or public policies in the federal executive branch; Innovation in services or public policies in the state, Federal District, and municipal executive branches. The fourth edition of GNpapo with the winners will take place on May 26th with the theme "The Unified National Public Competition (CPNU)". The award was for the 1st edition of the CPNU, held in 2024. The Unified National Public Competition (CPNU) brought significant innovations to the system of selecting public servants in Brazil. The federal public administration was impacted by the lack of systematic competitions, generating a serious imbalance between the number of civil servants and the population served. In response, the Unified National Public Competition (CPNU) was implemented, an innovative model for selecting public servants, coordinated by the Ministry of Management and Innovation (MGI). The initiative conducts simultaneous exams throughout the country, standardizes selection criteria, and centralizes logistics and hiring, promoting equal opportunities, efficiency, and impartiality. The event is offered free of charge, in a remote format, lasting one and a half hours, with a certificate and relevant experts.
