MATCHBOX Restoration No 28d Mack Dump Truck 1968

This Mack truck was another one of those models that had been buried for most of it's life. It was found in the garden of Dean Beedel, who lives in Norfolk, whilst he was digging up a rats nest. He thought that I would like it as a challenge. We arranged to meet up and have a pint whilst I was in England visiting friends. He told me the story that it belonged to a kid he knew when he was young called Rupert Lamb. Rupert used to live at Deans house when he was a boy and had been there for forty years. It is assumed that this truck had been buried for possibly 30 years!! This could be my greatest achievement or my biggest failure. You be the judge and let me know in the comments!
