We'll be visiting three bakeries along the Tokaido Line. Pan-ya Nekosan is located between Ofuna Station and Kita-Kamakura Station. We headed there from Ofuna Station. True to its name, the interior is filled with cat-themed ornaments, and not only is the bread delicious, but the adorable atmosphere is also soothing. Breads purchased: Mentaiko French (270 yen), Miso Soba Taa (200 yen), Kamakura Hot Dog (450 yen) Neko Pan (260 yen) Bäckerei Takayama is located in a residential area, walking towards the sea from Tsujido Station. It's bustling with locals, rather than bread enthusiasts or tourists, and it really feels like a beloved local spot. Breads purchased: Meat pie (220 yen), Moon Purunda (180 yen), curry bread (I forgot the price...) "TATA BAKERY" is located on the ocean side of Ninomiya Station and is a relatively new bakery, opening in June 2025. They seem to be very particular about their ingredients, especially the wheat.
