How I do canal locks on my narrowboat as a solo boater

I've made another video! Thank you to everyone who watched the last one, left nice comments and subscribed to my channel. I didn't expect such a positive reaction but it was really nice. For this video I thought I'd show people how I do canal locks. I was quite scared and confused about locks before I got my boat. I'd been on a couple of narrowboat holidays with friends but we'd only done five locks, and it's easier to do them when you're in a group of people. I then had to do 74 locks in the space of two weeks when I got my boat and brought it back to the Midlands, so it was a baptism of fire. I had lots of help from other boaters to start with but by the end of my journey I was helping other boaters myself! Anyway, I hope this video helps other people who are in the same position I was not long ago. By the way, the weather was quite windy so I apologise for the poor sound quality in parts of the video.
