It needs to be very cold to whip properly. 130g condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste If you'd like to 3D print a cookie cutter like the one I used in the video, send me an email to [email protected] and I'll send you the file so you can print it. ➡FOR THE COOKIE: 95g cold butter or margarine 125g all-purpose flour 65g powdered sugar 35g ground almonds 15g unsweetened cocoa powder 30g egg yolk (you can add one and see how the mixture turns out).
