IN AUGUST I WILL ONLY UPLOAD ONE RECIPE PER WEEK. ➡THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING THE VIDEO 😀💞. 🔸🔸🔸🔸 INGREDIENTS 🔸🔸🔸🔸 These ingredients make 4 cakes. ➡FOR THE CAKE: The baking pan I used measures 33x23cm. 3 medium eggs, separated 40ml of your preferred milk; I used skimmed milk, which is what I usually have at home. 20ml of vegetable oil; I used sunflower oil. 50g of all-purpose flour 50g of granulated white sugar 8g of unsweetened cocoa powder ➡FOR THE FILLING: 100ml of heavy cream. It needs to be very cold and have at least 35% fat content. 1 teaspoon of icing sugar or powdered sugar. You can add more or less depending on your sweetness preference. 4-5 tablespoons of good quality apricot jam. ➡FOR THE TOPPING: 350g of dark chocolate for coating.
